FibroAtlas is a manually curated gene-centric knowledgebase for human fibrosis. Fibrosis is a highly dynamic biological process caused by prolonged injury, and FibroAtlas is helpful for better understanding of complex birosis process, novel biomarker and also treatment responses. The current version of FibroAtlas contains 1,439 well-annotated genes.
